YOUTH CAMPS
Beginner to Intermediate Camps
These camps are best for students ages 5-15yo. New to horses or just passionate about horses? We've got you covered! Each day includes lessons in safety, riding, grooming, saddling, horse care, horse body language and communication, horsemanship, horse management, and a variety of topics including horse anatomy, nutrition, horse sports, uses & history, training, horse breeds, horse colors, and activities pertaining to general horse knowledge. Bring your friends for horse fun & learning!
Advanced Camps
These camps are for students ages 10-16yo who have experience walking, trotting, some cantering, & at least have an introduction to jumping, or are currently jumping courses. Perfect for students interested in competition, leasing, owning, or who currently own a horse.
Camp Details
Are you a regular lesson student? Camp is a great way to explore different types of riding you may not have the chance to cover in your regular weekly lessons! Each camp will have a different theme so riders can enjoy multiple weeks of fun & learning! With special speakers & riding activities from english to western to polo, sidesaddle, vaulting, eventing and more, there are loads of new experiences at each camp!
Students will be split into groups for lessons which will be tailored to the skill level and ability of each group.
More advanced students will cover topics like course design, show prep, training theory, fitness & conditioning, natural horsemanship training, and groundwork skills like lunging, ground driving, and the use of body language to train horses.
Bring a lunch, snack, plenty to drink, and a change of clothes.
Be sure to complete the camp information sheet as well as our waivers upon registration.
We want everyone to have fun and learn something along the way!

Eventing & Cross-Country Camp

Taught by USEA ECP certified instructor Kay Pfaff, we will establish safety & fundamentals in the arena & will progress to level-appropriate exercises in & out of the arena on our XC course.
Students MUST HAVE a safety vest & properly fitting helmet of their own.
Bring lunch & plenty to drink.

All About Horses Youth Camp
August 5-9 (Beginner-Advanced)

This is a GREAT way to safely introduce your child to horses, or continue their education with horses in a full day, full week format! We will cover things like safety around horses, feeding, grooming, saddling, basic horse body language & behavior, & riding each day. Horse show Friday for families to demonstrate skills learned during the week.
Students should bring a lunch, snack, plenty to drink, and a change of clothes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The registration deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the camp fee is refundable if written cancellation is made 30 or more days before the start date of camp. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to camp are non-refundable. It may be possible to move a student from one camp to another if space allows.
(In the event that a particular camp week does not fill to the minimum number of students required to run the camp, parents will be notified in advance and given the option to participate in a different week of camp.)

ADULT HORSE CAMPS
Camp Details
Adult Horse Camp is an excellent way to increase your knowledge in a variety of areas of horse management, theoretical knowledge, improve your competitive edge, & have all the fun the "kid" inside you wants to have! We help experienced riders improve their competitive skills, & less experienced students gain confidence. Everyone can be sure to have an excellent introduction or review of their fundamentals in an inviting & supportive atmosphere.
Our camps cover a range of topics including natural horsemanship, horse management, fitness training, rider mental & emotional fitness, tack fitting, rehabilitative exercises, jumping, cross country, dressage, trail, games, course design, developing your warm-up, rider biomechanics & more.
Our head instructor Kay Pfaff is a USEA ECP certified instructor, and lifelong horsewoman utilizing natural horsemanship to help train horses & riders in various disciplines, so you can be sure to receive quality instruction.
Bring lunch, snacks, plenty to drink, and a change of clothes. (Some adult camps include some meals - please confirm upon registration.)

Learn how to think like a horse & improve your connection. Sessions include unmounted groundwork AND riding skills. Expect to conquer fears & challenges as you shift your mindset.
Demos, groundwork, mounted, & trailer loading sessions.
Enjoy a fun learning environment & connect with other like minded horse enthusiasts.
We have a limited number of school horses available for those without their own horse. Please email or text to request an appropriate horse. Additional fee applies.
Adult Eventing Camp
